Exhibition Procedure

1. After confirming your participation, please fill out the "Exhibition Application Form" accurately and clearly, sign and stamp it, and fax it to the exhibition organizer.

2. Please deposit 50% of the exhibition fee into the designated account upon registration, and pay the remaining balance within one month before the exhibition.

3. One month before the conference, exhibitors will be notified of the detailed rules regarding the shipment of exhibits, water and electricity applications, accommodation, etc. in a special letter.
